Routematch is hiring a Marketing Manager responsible for managing the marketing initiatives that drive an increase in brand awareness and top-and-bottom line performance of Routematch products and services.  You will develop and execute an effective marketing plan that positions Routematch as a leader in ITS and generates a pipeline of high-quality leads.  You will develop a deep understanding of current and potential customers, products and services and the transit market to gain new customers and improve the loyalty/retention of existing customers.  You will be responsible for effective content, customer segmentation, campaigns (including reporting and analysis), events and trade shows.
 
As the Marketing Manager, you will spend most of your time
  • Overseeing the annual Routematch User Conference and all large trade shows and events
  • Prioritizing, supporting and attending events (trade shows and other events) by setting objectives, planning innovative strategies to increase attendance, and coordinating logistics
  • Executing an overall strategic marketing plan focused on integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase loyalty
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure marketing and sales strategies are aligned and marketing is supporting Sales’ efforts with collateral, case studies, slides, and other content as needed.
  • Strategizing and implementing inbound and outbound tactics, including email, content, social, print, media, online, events, and other promotional opportunities
  • Utilizing technology such as marketing automation to increase effectiveness and reach
  • Managing content across all social media channels to leverage product offerings and brand awareness
  • Project managing all marketing initiatives including assigning tasks, collaborating with other teams and tracking results
  • Partnering with other teams to develop a branded customer experience, loyalty and referral programs and overall customer engagement
  • Working with Product teams to support and communicate product releases internally and externally
  • Analyzing market and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities
  • Facilitating internal communication strategy and tactics

Skills, traits and talents required for success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.  MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience including digital marketing, content development, brand promotion, events and trade show management and social media integration
  • 2+ years managing events and trade shows and ensuring Routematch is effectively positioned
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas for optimal comprehension and persuasion – written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills and ability to create and execute plans
  • Strong experience measuring and tracking results
  • Experience with account-based marketing and customer segmentation
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills and being deadline oriented
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot ability to dig into sales and market data to uncover insights that drive future marketing programs
  • Transportation and/or technology background not required, but a plus
  • International marketing experience desirable
