Atlanta, GA · Computer/Software
Routematch is hiring a Contract Salesforce Administrator for a 6 to 12-month engagement to advise and execute on a variety of projects that allows for better use and integration of our Salesforce solution.
At Routematch, our mission is to build inclusive mobility ecosystems that leave no person behind. We are a leading provider of intelligent transit solutions (ITS) for transit agencies in North America and Australia, with technology that powers more than 35 million passenger rides per year. Our suite of products spans multiple modes of service—demand response, fixed-route, payments, and on-demand—helping transit agencies transform their communities through inclusive and accessible mobility.
With offices in the US, Ireland, and Australia, our team of 180+ “Transit Nerds” is passionate about driving community change through innovative technology. We believe that when everyone has access to transportation, individuals, communities, and societies thrive.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce experience and can consult, configure, and program changes to our current solution including integrating other applications. Meetings in Atlanta will be required, and then remote work is possible. Must have proven, demonstrable experience completing these projects:
Implement Email-to-Case functionality so all support emails in Outlook are routed to Salesforce and all responses are updated in the case and flagged for attention.
Implement and build out Salesforce Knowledge articles in Lightning with end users accessing them in Classic.
Create a workflow to auto-close cases meeting various sub-status and timeframe criteria.
Implement a tool that connects Salesforce to JIRA, likely Service Rocket.
Update profile security settings to remove unnecessary administrative access for some users.
Build teams/groups/queues so cases can be assigned to groups and/or individuals depending on status and activity.
Apply conditional logic/dependencies/workflows to fields/options so only certain options are made available as the user progresses.
Create a hierarchy-based template system where the selection of one value creates a required set of fields, forms, or questions and/or will auto-fill data from the general account/profile.
Enable option to copy/paste screenshots and images into cases without having to save as attachments first.
Enable option to insert images into outbound emails without having to attach as a separate file.
Implement a scrollbar/banner at the top of the screen to provide alerts to internal users – e.g. outages.
Implement tasks into cases that trigger and assign to specific individuals when pre-defined criteria are met.
Enable quick text and whether it meets the need of having scripts (non-email templates) to drop blurbs into Action Taken and other fields as needed.
Build out sections in our RM Products custom object to include all our product offerings and work with internal teams to populate accurate values for each.
Routematch envisions a world where communities actively champion the dignity of individuals and move them toward their aspirations. We are inspired by change, and by each other.
Our culture is rooted in core values of Empathy, Inclusivity, Outcomes, Excellence, and Family, and is encapsulated in our value statements:
